Example 1 A complete soy milk production

The 140 grams of soybean on microwave drying oven heated for 4 minutes. Then with 300 ml of water 50 ℃ mixed with 0.2 g cellulase ; or a protease ; or amylase , a mixture of two male minutes. Thus formed slurry put a half hour later , add 110 ml vegetable oil, 4 tablespoons ( 1 tablespoon = 3 teaspoons = 14.5 ml ) sugar , 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/ 2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/ 4 teaspoon of sodium alginate and 1/ 4 teaspoon lecithin. After mixing rubber mill for 3 minutes.

Example 2 produced milk with full-fat soy flour

Example 3 A film production defatted soy milk

Apart from the soy flakes in the microwave drying oven heated for 60 seconds only for 4 minutes instead of the original , the other drying operation is the same as in Example 1 . Taste of the product is also very good .
